POSITION: Tracker/Field Researcher

LOCATION: Charleston, South Carolina

American Bridge 21st Century PAC, a progressive research and communications organization dedicated to holding Republicans accountable for their words and actions, is hiring a Tracker/Field Researcher to join our Tracking team for the 2026 cycle. This position is based in Charleston, South Carolina.

Primary responsibilities include:

●      Researching, analyzing, and identifying public events for tracking

●      Documenting public events and editing footage

●      Analyzing content gathered and identifying key moments, trends, or patterns to serve underlying strategy

●      Preparing reports with content analysis

●      Monitoring and keeping up-to-date with current events and politics

●      Collaborating with other teams on communications or projects

Skills and qualifications required: 

●      Effective time management skills: the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects independently and on time

●      Excellent research skills and ability to analyze content in a fast-paced environment

●      Attention to detail

●      The ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions

●      Camera/editing experience is preferred but not required

●      Availability to work week nights and weekends as needed

●      A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle required

●      Bilingual fluency; Spanish speakers are strongly encouraged to apply.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 for this position and a strong benefits package. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
